Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world and it's FREE.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases.

How long will it take to get my order?

Every Le Bezel creation is handmade by in-house technicians in our studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order, plus shipping time. The Shipping time can take 3-7 business days. So you will generally expect your product within 14 Business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with the tracking info of your shipment. In case you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at info@lebezel.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order isn't shipped we can change your address. If it is already shipped please email us at info@lebezel.com with your order number within 12 hours and our team will try to accommodate your request.

Return & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my piece?

We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. To ensure we keep our prices fair for all customers, a return shipping fee of $35 will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom orders, personalized and engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return or exchange my item?

Please contact us atinfo@lebezel.com to initiate a return or exchange. Our customer care team will get back to you with a prepaid return label and the shipping instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our team has received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 2-3 business days.
