Since each piece is made-to-order and handcrafted for you, we ask that you allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order, plus shipping time which is also 3-7 business days. Generally you will be expect your item within 14 days.

We gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the day of delivery. To ensure we keep our prices fair for all customers, a return shipping fee of $35 will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Pieces must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by their authenticity card. Free items must also be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders, personalized and engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
